Richard Byrd is citizen of UK who was born on the 21st of August 2010.

After learning the basics, he was picked up by The Unity Party who taught him all about politics in the New World. Soon after, Richard was getting into politics on a small scale, helping out the TUP and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In the first part of Richard's life he was working for the TUP and the Ministry of Home Affairs under Minister Daniel Thorrold, under Prime Minister jamesw. After helping out after a while, Richard decided to temporarily leave the game, becoming very inactive in UK politics.
