Ronan Donovan is a citizen of Ireland who hails from Cork. Donovan's Birthday is Feb 19, 2009. He does look an awful lot like Doug Heffernan, but that's just because his avatar is inspired by his great love of King of Queens.
He has been very involved in many erep activities including being in congress several times, having various companies, a newspaper and being a member of the military unit, Libertad.
Thusfar, Ronan has been a fine member of the Irish community.
