The Spicerian Illuminati is an organization created by Spicer and controlled by him, jaZZman xcellent, Aycinth, and kyle273. It originally formed part of Spicer's plot for world domination, but now serves as a central account for him and his affiliates to collect money and items. It's company, SI Grain Processing, went under after about a week due to its outregeously low prices, high salaries, and total lack of effective management.
The SI is based in the former headquarters of the Axis of Evil, Spicer's basement. It's other, more widley used name, "The SI Citadel" is used because of the obvious reasons. The Citadel is the center of all the SI's operations. It also represents Spicer's only feat accomplished from his constantly downscaled list of goals: "get a house".
The SI Informer
The SI Informer is the propaganda newspaper run straight out of the Citadel. It has no articles. Why? Because the SI are a bunch of lazy jerks.
