Early life
Thalio Voss was born in May 13, 2016 (Day 3097), in Shannon, 
Ireland which was occupied by USA at that time. Few days later he left Shannon and moved to USA, to the state of Colorado - 
to join the Dictatorship campaign, after a successful campaign in Colorado and wishing to change air, he moved to Annapolis but since he didn't got used to live in a small city he moved to New York to start a new life in the big apple. He got a job and trained hard every day.

Thalio Voss first steps in battle was as a mercenary, but that only lasted for 2 days as he was asked to join the American Civilian Militia to help Tyler Bubblar in his dictatorship campaign, but as soon as the military campaign was over he left the militia to join the United States Armed Forces - USAF as member of the 5rd regiment, but then again that didn't last to long since after he got his first slayer decoration (3rd rank) he was promoted to the 3rd Regiment under the command of Regiment Captain Kodos.

The young citizen soon became known for his ambition and took it upon himself to make a splash in local politics. Thalio Voss joined as a member of We The People - (WTP) under Party President rainy sunday, hoping to start a political career, in May 25th, 2016, Thalio Voss was elected as congressman of USA for the first time, from his WTP party. On that same day he got a phone call from James Schubert member of SFA asking him if he was interested in serving in his future cabinet as security council.

In his early years, Thalio Voss tried to find a religion of his own, but he was strongly motivated by the desire to be happy and experience various kinds of pleasure. Personal instant gratification was gold for him. Thinking wasn’t fun for him anymore! Unless he was thinking about how to get what he wanted as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Since he believed Dioism, was an evil cult started by an ex-servant of god, soon he realised that other religions started as sects or branches of Dioism too, and all these called religions were against his beliefs. He began a pilgrimage to different places in the world looking for that special religion. On May 28, 2016 (Day 3111) while he was in Mississippi he discovered the Church of the New World or Churchism as his religion. 10 days later on Day 3121, he abandoned his faith.
