Add alt-text so new editors know what the [+] and [-] actually do- Do new editors look at alt-text??? --Mini "Template boy" Bill have a biscuit 13:07, 5 February 2009 (PST)
- Probably not, but I think they'd mouse over it out of curiosity before asking what it does. I didn't get much feedback from {{Contract}}, you know. - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 14:41, 5 February 2009 (PST)
- Actually, this can't be pulled off on this template, but I want to try it on {{Collapse1}} and the like. - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 12:23, 7 February 2009 (PST)
- Do new editors look at alt-text??? --Mini "Template boy" Bill have a biscuit 13:07, 5 February 2009 (PST)

Possibly use Belea's new NavHeader method for collapsibility

Add "SO Accounts" as a list under {{Citizen/Society}}- Need help? --Mini "Template boy" Bill have a biscuit 13:07, 5 February 2009 (PST)
- I might, when I actually try adding this (And subsequently screw it up because {{Citizen/Core}} comes before the beginning of the inner workings, and thus will be a wonderful way to break it when Citizen/Header doesn't work when I forget this message and try it anyways) - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 14:41, 5 February 2009 (PST)

{{Citizen/Society}}
-

{{Citizen/Politics}}
-
Transform {{Citizen}}'s political parameters into {{Citizen/Politics}} -
Style {{Citizen/Office}} so that it blends into the main padding - Fix the current way {{Citizen}} handles political history
- What's wrong with it? --Mini "Template boy" Bill have a biscuit 13:07, 5 February 2009 (PST)
- The way it's structured. The "Preceeded/Succeeded by" parameters that are supposed to be tied to separate "Positions" of the Politics section are used without the rest of the "Position" parameters, and it makes numbering them a pain. My biography is a perfect example of this. - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 14:41, 5 February 2009 (PST)
- Just do something (awful like: preceded1(to be compatible) preceded1_1 preceded1_2 etc) --Mini "Template" Bill bother me! 16:22, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
- This sounds like it might end up a bit nasty, as far as backwards compatibility goes. - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 03:38, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
- Not much: "old" pages will just use preceded1, new pages will use preceded1_1, 1_2 and so on --Mini "Template" Bill bother me! 10:30, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

- I think you should make it so that the list of offices can be reversed so that the most current office appears first. Or you could at least let them have the choice to. -- Mr. Awesome | Talk | 12:33, 9 February 2009 (PST)
- It already can, but I'm trying to make sure that it stays backwards compatible with the current {{Citizen}}. You would make a subpage at Template:Citizen/Mr. Awesome and add the modules (Read: Sub-templates) any way you like, and you should be able to rearrange the parameters however you see fit. I don't think I can set it to automatically do this, though. - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 15:52, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think it would be difficult to let user choose --Mini "Template" Bill bother me! 16:22, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
- Is there a way for you to "choose" that isn't numbering your terms backwards? Such as making the Politics table sortable? - –Dr. AgentChieftain “PPP!” B / C / D / F / P / S 00:16, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
- just put something like {{#ifeq: {{{reverse|0}}}|{{office 1}},{{office 2}},{{office 3}}|{{office 3}},{{office 2}},{{office 1}} --Mini "Template" Bill bother me! 18:33, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Template problems
The current template doesn't handle blank fields, this should be fixed. Abedecian 19:43, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
Mentioned in other discussions...
The "Economy" section should be removed because employment changes so often... and it isn't pertinent information. Also the information about wars the person participated should not be in the template. It is too much information and already we have too many people who think filling out a template is making a citizen page. Military should only have rank, army, squadron. Also the donate and report buttons should be removed, they aren't needed. I am really not happy with this being implemented without discussion and without proper testing. --QJ Lincoln Talk To Me 15:17, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
- Clear Economy - done
- Clear Militay - done
- Clear donate/report - done
--Mini "Template" Bill bother me! 16:53, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
- I agree with QJ, major changes to the template should always be discussed at length by the community before implementation. I am very displeased by the new template as a whole, even with the above mentioned removed or fixed. -Chris Stanwick 20:36, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
