Sean MacDiarmata, born as Marcus Suridius, was a citizen of Ireland.
Biography
Marcus Suridius was born on the 855th day of the New World. He resides in Northwest of Ireland. Marcus worked for the Irish State Weapons and has been working there since his birth in Dublin. When Marcus arrived in Ireland he was saddened by what he saw in his native land, in house arguments, the Irish Defence Forces having serious issue's, presidents abilities been questioned... all while Ireland still had a number of problems both internally & externally. After fighting in two battles for Ireland's ally Malaysia against the Philippines he gained some valuable experience in the battlefield and increased his rank to allow him to join the Irish Freedom Party which he did on the 862nd day of the new world.
In December 2010, Marcus was Minister of Defence and Vice President of Ireland and oversaw the formation of the Irish Army with soldiers of the IDF and ICA. From December to February the IA rose to be one of the strongest on a number of rankings and rose from 35 members on its first day to over 80.
Marcus worked very hard with a number of people including CelticTiger211, Orangejuicemmm, irishbhoy1967, Seanan and Nephworks. The IA included soldiers from both the Irish Citizens Army and Irish Defence Forces and was a great military which does on average 1 million damage every two days.
Since then, Marcus has become renowned for his military skills and has worked with numerous governments as the Minister of Defense.
Politics
Marcus Suridius began his political career by accepting a post as a Deputy Minister of Health on the 10th of April or day 872 of the new world. After elections in May Marcus was released from his position in the Health ministry after a successful period. Marcus then became an ambassador to Switzerland for Ireland, on the 23rd of May Marcus began his efforts to become elected to the Irish Congress as a member of the IFP. After the elections where finished on the 26th Marcus finished top of the Shannon region and was thereby elected to Congress. After a month in Congress and after becoming the Minister for Immigration of Ireland Marcus decided not to run as a TD for the month of July, he still retained the post of MoI. In August Marcus stood down from his role in the Immigration ministry and was offered the role of Joint Minister of Defence along with Niall H by Country President 5n4keyes.
Military
Marcus has been involved in a number of TW's but on day 877 of the new world, Marcus moved to India with his new post within the IDF Tank Divison. Fighting ensued for four days then new orders came in that the division was no longer needed and so moved to South Africa to await new orders. Marcus was involved in a battle at the Northern Cape, South Africa, after which he returned home with his division to vote in the Party Elections.
After four fights for Croatia two of which were in Western Transdanubia, one in Central Transdanubia and one in Southern Transdanubia. He was then transferred into the newly created IDF Tank Division - 1st Battalion and he was then shipped out to serve alongside Ireland's Brolliance allies Canada in a battle against France in Pays de la Loire.
On the 22nd of June Marcus was offered the job of being the XO for the Irish Defence Forces 2nd Irish Tank Division which he happily accepted and he was then involved in getting his brigade in order to assist the IDF in the war against the UK. On the 2nd of July Northern Ireland was conquered by Ireland against Poland which involved no fights, two hours later a resistance war was started by the UK.
With V2 being released there were a number of battles in which Marcus was involved in. He fought in two battles for the Philippines against Malaysia in Sabah & Sarawak, he fought against the UK with Canada on four occasions in the battles for Scotland twice, East Midlands and for Northern Ireland. In between these battles the UK had attacked Ireland's regions of Dublin and Southeast, Marcus was involved in these battles and fought in nine against the UK the fights. The fights against the UK where Dublin five times, two for the Southeast and twice in Northern Ireland.
He served as Commander of Continuity Irish Army before he joined Labour's Army.
