Cigarra was Born in the Basque Country as Spanish Citizen in Beta time.
After some months in Spain he tried to do the political takeover of France, but didn't succeded so he went to Switzerland and changed his life joining Theocracy where he prayed to Dio every day.
Politics
Congressman for 3 months in Spain as a member of Nueva Espana Liberal, 1 month in Italy as a part of the PTO group, 1 month in South Korea when he tried to help implement Theocracy there, and last term as Congress member was in Pakistan.
He was a Party president of the Diktatur von KINGO party and Partido de Jubilados Teócratas.

Former commander of the THA beta division and founder of the Theocratic Thunders.
