Feffo is a citizen of Germany. Born in Liguria he had lived in Italy for some years before he travelled to Czech to join the Czech Socialist Party. Then he went in the last period to NZ.

He has served two times as PCe's President, 8 times as Congressman (6 in Italy for PCe, 2 in Czech Republic for CSP). In the military he has been in the HQ of the Italian Army, serving as Commander of the 1st Armata at his best and he is also Commander of the Brigate Partigiane, and of the Red Army, which he has recreated and led to the Moravia RW, during Czech Indipendence War. After a period in New Zealand, he joined KPeD and Red Army in Germany.
