On 5 May 2009, president of Poland, Loewy asked the congress to declare war on Germany. The first battle in the war, battle for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania took place just to activate Germany alliances. The biggest victory of Poland so far was attacks on Brandenburg and Berlin and Saxony, both successful.
