To start a resistance war, the citizen must move to the region in question and (from the homepage) select the option and has to invest 1000 Currency. Nine (9) other citizens must also support the resistance war for it to start.
If the resistance is successful the 1000 cc will be returned and the citizen can support other resistance wars. If the resistance is not successful, the citizen will be unable to support resistance wars for seven days.
