Vladislav Baloun was a citizen of Czech Republic and Czechoslovakia.
Politics
From the start, he was active in politics. Most of the time as a member of Czech Right Union.
Anti-communist revolution
From Czech political leaders of the anti-communist revolution in Czech Republic, he had his part in the critical part of the revolution when Dan Michelsen gives back the party presidency of the Czech Right Union[1].
On October 16, 2010, he was party president of the Czech Right Union for the first time and on 6 December 2010 he became President of the Czech Republic which was a successful end of the revolution.
Czechoslovakia
During his first term of country presidency in December 2010, Slovakia offered Czech citizens to join in a union between the two countries and make Czechoslovakia.
Vladislav Baloun was against[2] but for the community cohesion he had to be part of the process.
From the beginning, he tried to fight against what he saw as Slovakian disregard for Czech citizens[3] and what he perceived as their violations of the transformation treaty. But things didn't go well and he falls back from political life for a while.
After that he tried to change Czechoslovakia once again when he rejoined political life and become president of Czechoslovakia[4]. But he could not change things so much and things went bad again[5]. Afterwards, he tried to work with players in Czech Republic on the restoration of the state[6].
After the restoration of Czech Republic, he took back his Czech citizenship[7].
Build up Czech Republic
When he came back to Czech Republic he joined Czech Liberty Party and became their party president[8].
He worked with others on rebuilding the state and fighting against potential PTO groups.
All escalate after the impeachment of PR0T11 in March 2012 when he became President again[9].
Fight against Macedonian PTO
He came back in December 2012 when Czech Republic was under Macedonian PTO. In January 2013 he became a common candidate for president from Národní Garda and Svobodné Česko. He won and PTo was defeated.
