Boy Pick Up is just that way. He's crass and oftentimes offensive, but that's what dark humor is. He doesn't speak for everyone of us, though. He speaks for himself.
He is if not the most persistent Filipino ever.

Boy Pick Up was a politician, soldier, entrepreneur, and media director of the Icon-Philippines.png Philippines.
