Universidade Imperador Hugan (English: Emperor Hugan Unversity) was a private unversity in Rio de Janeiro, Southeast of Brazil. The dean of the University was Hugan, who is also the founder of the University and the Head Professor of the University.

Library

The principal subsidiary of the University was the Biblioteca Imperador Hugan (English: Library Emperor Hugan). Founded on the same day with an initial collection of 100 articles. The librarians were: Hugan, Gulitiwi and Ryan Cullen.
