Vaclav (Changed his name to Emperor Constantine for some time and changed to Vaclav again) was the president of Czech Republic, founder of the National Czech Party (which was later renamed to United Slavs ).

Vaclav is a Drama Queen, he is famous for his "Drama" Topics on the Forum Board, may he is the biggest Spamer of eRepublik in the whole History of this Game ...

History

Vaclav became an citizen on the 20th April 2008. Reine gave him the cash to start some of the first successful food, and hospital comapnies. He was part of Nordreich Czechia, Social Democratic party and Unified republic before he founded his own party. On may 2008 he was appointed as the militia leader. During the war with Hungary he was saving the Czech Republic from a crook president, and put the Czechs on rations for food. He recently left the Czech Republic for Austria.

After CZ he traveled around and helped in Slovakian, polish, german, and russian liberation wars. He received an offer and for a month became the Minister of defense for Slovenia. Upon returning back to the Czech Republic he was elected President. The second president in Czech republic to have two terms.
