Developed out of the dreams of its founder and chairman Kenji Fujimoto, Fujimoto Global was founded to bring stability to what was seen at the time as an unreliable and chaotic market. The organization itself strives to provide livable wages to its employees and high quality affordable products to the Global market while trying to promote the same in other organizations and companies. The dream of Fujimoto Global is to unify workers interests with company policies in an efficient and profitable way for all parties involved.

Fujimoto Global's Operations Policy
Overview
Fujimoto Global's Operations Policy manual is intended to ensure the best operation of every organization and company, as well as creating the best work environment for all employees. The operation policy manual also serves as a means of showing the philosophy behind Fujimoto global. We hope that all organizations strive to keep this kind of transparency and seek to improve life for all.
To give a accurate knowledge base for the operation of Fujimoto Global, its subsidiaries, companies, and employees.
1. Employee Rights
- 1 All Employees of Fujimoto Global and all subsidiary organizations and companies are entitled to know their rights
- 1.1 Employees have the right to know their wages for the coming two (2) weeks.
- 1.2 Employees are allowed to resign at any time of their choosing
- 1.2.1 This is not applicable to employees under contract to work
- 1.3 Employees have the right to not be taken advantage of
- 1.3.1 Employees will be rewarded for work activity, gains in skill level and other outside activities
- 1.3.1.1 Rewards are to be outlined in Promotions and Wages section of the policy manual

- 1.4 Employees have the right to know the activity of its company, Local organization and Fujimoto Global
- 1.4.1 Activity is main know through Newspaper articles, Wiki pages, and shouts. ALL EMPLOYEES are encourages to add their company and organizations as a friend and subscribe to newsletters.
- 1.5 Employees have a right to know the reason behind their termination (firing)

2. Companies reserve the right
- 2.1 To buy raw materials (if needed) at the price they see fit.
- 2.2 To sell produced goods at a price they see fit.
- 2.3 To Set wages as they see fit
- 2.4 To Change wages based on activity levels and productivity
- 2.5 To hire any number of workers deemed appropriate by national organization.
- 2.6 To Fire all inactive workers
- 2.6.1 Inactive workers are described as having not produced anything for a time of over 1 week.
- 2.7 To advertise Company activities or products to any market
3. Organization Rights
3 Organizations reserve the right to
- 3.1 Buy Companies as deemed appropriate
- 3.2 Sell companies as deemed appropriate
- 3.3 Buy goods at a price deemed appropriate
- 3.4 Collect profit made by companies within their jurisdiction
- 3.5 Invest in companies within their jurisdiction
- 3.6 Hire/Fire managers of companies as deemed appropriate
- 3.7 Advertise Organizational activities or products to any market
4. Promotions and Wages
4. The promotion system of Fujimoto Global and all subsidiary organizations and companies will work as follows
- 4.1 Employees will accumulate points based on work activity, productivity, and extra activities.
- 4.2 Point will be awarded as follows,

- 4.2.2 Definitions of point types
- P1. Employee works for 7 days straight Monday-Sunday as defined by eRepublik chart
- P2. Employee Achieves the “Hard Worker” achievement having worked the entire month at the company.
- P3. Work one week (as dictated in P1.) all days with a wellness over 80
- P4. Submit and have an article published by Fujimoto Global News (international) or the Imperial Standard (Japan)
- P5. Submit an edit to a Current Wiki Article about Fujimoto Global, its subsidiaries or companies
- 4.2.2.1 Any Articles or Wiki Edits that do not go through proper channels will not be eligible for points, Any wiki edits done without authorization is punishable by firing and possibly further administrative action
- 4.3 Point are placed into a workers account and are used as currency for various items
- 4.3.1 To Get an account employees must send a message to their National Organization and request one, all workers are eligible to request an account.
- 4.3.2 All Employees are start with 14 points that cannot be spent, there are there for only the first month of employment as it cost 2 point per day for inactivity.
- 4.3.3 Points can be spent as follows

- 4.4 Wages are initially based on skill level. Base pay is equal to skill level.
- 4.4.1 Level 1 base is 1.5
- 4.4.2 Level 7+ is to be negotiated on hiring.
- 4.4.3 Permanent raises are based on activity and maintained wellness level. They are made at the desecration of Company Managers/Organization Directors.
- 4.4.3.1 Workers may request to have their wages looked at to insure proper pay.
- 4.4.4 Wages are recalculated every two (2) weeks
- 4.5 Termination of Employment can be done for any or all of the following reasons.
- 4.5.1 Low Activity as defined by 1) a negative or 0 balance in an employee’s points account. 2) Death.
- 4.5.2 Improper conduct deemed severe enough by Company manager and National director with approval by Global Director.
5. Operations
- 5. Entities shall operate in the following way along with all before mentioned articles
- 5.1 National Headquarters in each nation shall monthly publish a report on current operations, activity, and so forth.
- 5.2 Fujimoto Global will monthly publish a report of the standing of the global organization.
- 5.3 the Fujimoto Global Operations Policy Manual is subject to Edit/Addition in the future.
