Kalaja e Prezes was born in Albania on 26 November 2011. He is the press director of ministria e Edukimit.
Politics
He was the party president of Partia myslimane shqiptare and it is believed that he re-branded the party to Vellazeria Muslimane during his term. He was also:

- Members in ALEANCA KUQ E ZI - currently he serves as Congress member
Military career
Kalaja was a member of Kosova Army (
