Arthur Olavsson was a citizen of Norway.
Active in politics, he was a member of Teknokratene, being elected 7 times in the Congress.
On day 1071 (26 October 2010), Arthur Olavsson announces his intention to run for the President. As Norway has only one political party it can only have one presidential candidate in the elections. A call is put out for other candidates to be voted for in the forum. However on day 1078 (2 November 2010), party president of the only active party (Norsk Samling) is nowhere to be seen, therefore Arthur never got the opportunity to run.
In November 2010 Arthur proposed renaming the Norsk Samling party into Teknokratene. However, old Tek members dissuaded him, saying it was better to try and move the Norwegian political scene on, rather than attempt to reclaim past glories or risk splitting the population down old lines.
