Early Involvement in Politics

Upon his arrival on eRepublik, Skibbler immediately got involved in a political party. He chose The Unity Party quickly, agreeing with their initiative. He got involved in the party right away by joining the eRepublik forums and signing up on The Unity Party's IRC channel. He met with several elders and learned many tips about the party to progress into a successful politician. On day 1,903, the same day Skibbler joined eRepublik, he joined the ticket to become the party president of The Unity Party. After the ending election, Skibbler gained three votes and finished in fourth place, just six votes behind Section20.

After the election, he congratulated the newly elected party president, Iain Keers, and was asked to fill the vice president opening. Skibbler accepted and became vice president of The Unity Party on February 16th, 2013.
