Cayen was a citizen of Japan.
Cayen was born on day 796 (24 January 2010) in Tōhoku, Japan. After a couple of weeks in obscurity, Sigrún Mäkinen invited this citizen to the Desu Workers’ Party (DWP). Soon enough, it fell to Cayen to represent the DWP in the Diet of Japan, a responsibility taken for two months.
As the DWP rapidly expanded, this citizen was slated for upper-level leadership within the party, but rapid changes in party plans led to a merger with the SOS Brigade. So instead, she helped stabilize the new party, Sekai Shakai Sensen, and served a third term in the Diet under this new designation. After this, Cayen decided to take a break from Japanese governance to concentrate on other plans.
