Dr Duncan was an English soldier and politician.
He's been part of The Unity Party for his whole eLife.

The military

He's been with the navy, having his own Ship in the Royal Navy, being captain of the HMS Will Salmon from November 2009 to April 2010. Dr Duncan loved this ship and sometimes still believes he is Captain of it
In April he joined the SAS, where he was Lt. Col. of the 40th Artillery until June 2010. Upon reform of the military, Dr Duncan was moved into the 5th Royal Artillery where he became major.

Currently Dr Duncan is Lt. Col. of Training Corps ATC 2.

Political views

Dr Duncan is a strong opposer of elitarism. He believes new player should be given opportunities. His attempts to help young players to gain rank in the politics of the United Kingdom are well known. He is currently an apprentice in the Mentoring department. He is a member of The Unity Party and has been in congress twice in North West England.

On 26th September, he narrowly missed out on being re-elected into congress. However, after Lord Ara was banned for having multi accounts, Dr Duncan was allowed into congress on being the 41st name on the congress list.

The Unity Party is a democratic socialist party. I believe that by the strength of our common endeavour we as a party achieve more than we achieve alone, so as to create for each of us the means to realise our true potential and for all of us a community in which power, wealth and opportunity are in the hands of the many not the few; where the rights we enjoy reflect the duties we owe and where we live together freely, in a spirit of solidarity, tolerance and respect.

I'm a member of The Unity Party.
