The national treasury ledger was newly created, and the contents of the ledger were made public. Ernesto Jeon planned and executed several total wars with the ONE coalition, but was foiled by the then strong EDEN faction. At this time, Japan was divided into pro-Taiwan and pro-national factions as political party conflicts arose, and danyeo worked with pro-national groups in Japan.
