Israel was born in New Hampshire, USA during the waning days of WWIII. Russia still occupied most of the country, and that energized Israel to continue playing the game. For the first 3 months of his existence, he two clicked, just taking in the game, but not getting involved in anything.

He was a member of American Military Party for a long time, being elected party president on 11 occasions. He served several times as Congresman and he even managed to become President of the country three times. When he was reborn he joined the same party again.

Israel is currently not a member of any military unit. In the past he was:
