Congressional Campaign for the State of Delaware

On July 7th, 2009 (Day 595), Lex officially declared his intentions to run for Congress in the state of Delaware as a member of the UIP. He quickly detailed his goals in an article written in Randomicity where he said he would:

  1. Get Stuff Done
  2. Take on PEACE
  3. Have fun.

On 26 July 2009, Lex was elected by the citizens of Delaware as their Congressman. He tied Daniel Dodge of the United States Workers Party with 4 votes, but won based on experience points. Daniel was a "blocker" selected by the USWP to prevent a foreign citizens from running under the USWP banner. Former Congressmen Augustis and Rhane also ran, along with AWebb85.
