Liberalni Demokrati (LD) is one of the smallest parties in Croatia, started by former members of Hrvatski Liberalni Demokrati. After a short period of time, it was rebranded back as Hrvatski Liberalni Demokrati (HLD).

For historical purposes, the original inactive party is located under that name (Hrvatski Liberalni Demokrati) while the new, active party information is in the current article (Liberalni Demokrati) and the information is as follows:

History

The idea of the rebirth of HLD came from Avangardist, Croatian MoFA at the time, who was trying to revive the already dead political scene in Croatia. He contacted several former members of the HLD, including GP.1, Josip Josipovic, Lord Wrick, Johny Stulic, Marko Grozni, Filemona and andycro who all decided to support the idea of the party rebirth. On January 15, 2016 party elections, andycro became the only candidate of the Alpha Dogs party with the main ambition to reborn the old HLD. The party started to grow fast and in less than a week became the 10th biggest party in Croatia.
