Little Man Close Corporation is a privately funded corporation founded by zamrg, the sole founding member and current Chief Executive Officer.

The organization was founded on 20th July 2009 at a critical point in the history of the New World, just after the start of World War III, with the intention of running a weapons company and supplying low cost weapons to government and military personnel in the USA.

The organization created Little Man Associates, an extension of the Little Man Close Corporation, to house a new Q1 weapons company after Little Man Weapons was conquered by Portugal in Great War of 2009.
