On April 5th, 2012, Mattio was elected as the 34th President of the Netherlands. He was the UNL Ambassador to Germany. Mattio was Vice Party President of the Libertarian Social Democrats once and Party President twice. He is in his 4th term as Democratisch Nederland Party President and 12th Congressional term.

Media activity

Mattio is the writer of Nederlands Nieuws, an active newspaper in the Netherlands, with which he publishes articles that are relevant to Dutch developments. Nederlands Nieuws focuses on Dutch politics and occasionally organizes public events, such as CP-debates, censuses and contests.

For his activities with Nederlands Nieuws and the boost he gave to the Dutch media, Mattio earned the medal of Knight in the Order of Oranje-Nassau, given to him by president NoTie112.

International activity

Mattio has been the UNL ambassador to Germany for some months, starting December the 27th of 2009. Also, he was the UNL region leader of Western Europe for some time as of the 6th of March, 2010.
