Citizen Tigar91 was born on day 713 but was banned on day 923[1]. But then, on day 924, new citizen was born NoviTigar91 (Eng. NewTiger91).
NoviTigar91 is a citizen of 
Croatia, very active in Media mogul projects and both military and political life of Croatia.
Military
He is a member in the ZBOR NARODNE GARDE - nMU ZNG. In the past he was the commander of his private military unit called NT91 FORCE and a member of military units StormRiders and Terrorist Squad Tuljani.
