Raulov was a citizen of Spain. He died sometime in late 2008, but his death was discovered in July 2009.
Employment
Raulove had very good manufacturing skill.
Politics
Raulov was an active politician. He prefered the local politics and was elected Mayor of Madrid. He has served 4 terms as a Mayor of Madrid, where he had a large support base.
Being and influential member of Ciudadanos y Democracia he was elected Party president in June 2008.
He also served as a member of Congress of Spain.
Raulov was a Cabinet Minister in a government lead by Les Paul.
