About Me
Now about me, I started eRepublik life as Grand Emperor Ryan, then I moved to Lord Ryan Of Britannia, and now I'm Ryan I. the 1st because I am Lord High Protector and Duke of Albion. It's been a tough start, partly due to myself being a noob. But now I have learned from those stupid mistakes and I am living a good life here. Still a young payer, but full of potential. The Noob months
in mid-late 2012, I was new to the game and I was all about the winning. I did some terrible things which saw many people desperately trying to save me from the sins I had committed. When I joined I created a party called the 'Great British Empire Party'. A few members joined. However, the system on which I tried to run the party was not very democratic. Which saw jny123 Take over the party presidency and restore the party to a democratic manner. He also changed the party name to 'Great British Democratic Party'. It is still around to this day and is a functioning minor party in the United Kingdom. After this turbulent time, I moved to another Minor party. However, I soon moved to The Unity Party. It usually hangs around 1st or 2nd place on the list. This is where my political career began...
Political Career
Soon after joining TUP, I was elected into Congress. I passed 4 citizens who clearly had something to contribute to the UK and had a general fascination. But it was also TUP that forced me out of the party mid-term due to my law proposals. I did something against the party and they did not like me for it and the distress among them was too high. So I left for a party that accepts players and befriends them and helps them from the beginning. This was when I joined the UKRP (United Kingdom Reform Party). In which I still remain today. I am soon coming to the end of my term in Congress though with just 13 hours remaining. It was during this time that I sat down with the King and discussed what went wrong, and how I need to change...
The Royal Meetings
It was in the turbulent time of my career that I confronted the King for a little guidance and of course to talk about political issues. However, in these meetings I really learned what used to bring me down and what people disliked about me. Sometimes I would come out with rude comments because of what someone had said or done about me. What I forgot was it was I had done earlier that used to make them act in this way. It was in the last meeting, that I fully understood my problems and I soon set about ridding of them. It is now today I can tell you that, Get ready!
Glorious Day
It was on day 2006, that with the final 'tutoring' session over. I got the title of Duke and LHP. After I concluded the last meeting, I announced that I knew how to change for the better and more importantly, keep on living and learning. I was honored when the King gave me the positions. I will prove I am worthy of such a task. So to anyone who is reading this, if you are in tough times because of your past, show everyone you have learned. Show everyone you're strong and invincible and most of all never lose hope. I nearly lost it to the point I went into self exile to a far away land. The King of the United Kingdom metaphorically slapped me around the face and said "Get hold of yourself". I am grateful for his everlasting help and guidance.
