Saint William was one of the leaders in eChinese community and elected as Chairman of eChinese People's Political Consulative Conference since July 2009.
He participated in his first congress election in Graubunden, Switzerland. He got four votes from Graubunden and win his first congressman in July Congress Election. After nomination from China Democratic Party, he ran for the presidency to create catfish effect to the president, Snayke and finally got 143 votes and failed in August election. He then went back to Switzerland to help the Swiss army to defend the invasion from Hungary.
In August Congress election, he went back to Beijing and ran for congress in Beijing on behalf of Serpentia. He finally got 37 votes and win the Beijing seat.
