Tokihanatsu Shibou was a citizen of Japan who moved to USA. He was born on April 6th 2015 in Nagoya, Japan.
He was kicked out of his house at as an adult and his parents gave him some companies which he quickly dissolved for currency.
He created a Military Unit with some newly found friends and got a few decorations from fighting. Squibeel contacted him to help with a Military Coup of Japan, and having nothing better to do, he joined the effort. This proved unsuccessful, but on a suggestion, he merged his Military Unit with a new one called Tsunami. Upon joining Tsunami most of his friends emigrated or died. With low supply, decided to join Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) in May when it was founded.
On May 25th, he rejoined Tsunami after the Japan Air Self-Defense Force Commander kicked him out during the failed Belgian Campaign that week.
Politics
On May 16th he became Party president of a small Dioist faction in Japan. Political party Vento Aureo Nippon was formed in Japan on February 16, 2015 by Agent Chieftain. Created in the image of the Stardust Crusaders following a strict Dioism doctrine, the party was created to enable Japan to become a Dioist State and return to its former glory. The party unfortunately lasted only for 3 months, having only two party presidents:
- Agent Chieftain (February 16, 2015 - May 15, 2015)
- Tokihanatsu Shibou (May 16, 2015 - June 5, 2015) / renamed the party and ultimately left the country. (He renamed the Party to Phantom Blood to stay true to Stardust Crusaders lineage.)
