Accounts recovery

@Andycro Hi ... I was contacted in-game by Paul Tyndale who told me that a few players have been trying to recover their wiki accounts for a while now and can't get a response. One has said he's been waiting months. Can you do something about it? Hi Andycro, bit of a request - I'd like to be able to use a bio template for The Real Spamicans page (https://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Template:The_Real_Spamicans/personalities/1) but as I understand it I need an engineer to activate the template for me. It's would just be the user image and a couple of lines about how they helped the party (like this = https://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/The_Real_Spamicans/personalities/2)
