Xiiii grew up in Ireland where he got bored very quickly and decided he was going to move somewhere interesting like Chile. After wandering around for a place to stay he moved to Bolivia where he became Party President of Partido Socialista Bolivano and the Ministry of Justice. He became president of Bolivia in December 2009.
