Yang Wenli is a citizen of USA, born in New York, USA on August 2, 2009, named after his creator's favorite fictional hero, Admiral Yang Wenli, Commander of the 13th fleet of Free Planets Alliance, from an epic science fiction called "Legends of the Galactic Heroes" (a.k.a. "Ginga Eiyu Densetsu") written by Dr. Yoshiki Tanaka.
