Clifford Burns (3 September 2009) was a Swiss entrepreneur, politician and war veteran.

Career

On 10 September 2009 Clifford founded the CBN Journal and with Saturo & Partner the Curns SO.

On 11 October 2009 was Clifford CEO of the German Q4 food company X-Food +90. After a week of successful recapitalization of the X-Food +90, has Clifford on 18 October 2009 retired.

On 30 December 2009 Clifford opened the law office Burns Law Office in Switzerland. On 9 February 2010 is the law office moved.

Clifford Burns has a project leader resp. skill 9 training and work mainly as administrator and consultant of the Curns Group. He is additionally person in charge of the Credit Default Swaps Exchange (CDSX) and monetary market business of the Curns Group.

Politics

As on 6 October 2009 a theocratic Embassy in Switzerland was opened, tried Clifford unsuccessfully in the Swiss Forum the closure of the Embassy[1]. But Clifford continued his fight and published with the help of Pascal Couchepin at 31 October 2009 in Switzerland, a detailed and historically important documentation of the Theocrats[2]. The documentation was on 2 November 2009 with the absurd reasons lack of evidence how in Citizen Laws 2.2 described deleted.

On 13 November 2009 joined Clifford the Shaolin Monastery party, because he disagrees the course of the October selected Swiss government and Congress. Clifford criticized especially the EDEN joining and lack of encouragement for the business location Switzerland. Therefore Clifford ran on 23 November 2009 in Deutschschweiz for Congress and won on 25 November 2009 by 6 votes a seat.[3][4]

Clifford ran on 13 December 2009 for party president of Shaolin Monastery party and won the election on 15 December 2009 with 17 votes [5]. Clifford changed on 16 December 2009 the party name in Swiss Neutrality Party and the party logo.

On 16 December 2009 the Swiss congressman Clifford was indicted by the Swiss Minister of Economy Eleriel to the Swiss federal court. The indictment was violation of the CoC (As of 9 December 2009): Art. 21 Granting citizenship can't be done unless first contacting the president, vice-president, or Minister of Immigration/vMoIM, failure to do so will result in a summons to the supreme court. In the trial was the Swiss Vice-President Ilestis and the Swiss congressman Clifford examination as witnesses. After over 5 hours court hearing, the Federal Court has Clifford acquitted.[6]

After the election victory as party president has Clifford intensely involved in the reorganization of Swiss Neutrality Party and published on 18 December 2009 in the new party newspaper SNP News latest changes.[7]

After the first Congress mandate in Switzerland, Clifford run on 22 December 2009 in Deutschschweiz for Congress again and won on 25 December 2009 by 7 votes a seat.[8][9]

On 31 December 2009 proposed Clifford a law proposal in Swiss Congress, which enabled to close the theocratic embassy in Switzerland and forbidden Switzerland any collaboration with the Theocrats.[11] On 1 January 2009 has the Swiss Congress the law with 9 to 3 votes accepted.[12] The theocratic embassy was after the voting inevitable closed.

Clifford ran on 14 January 2010 for party president of Swiss Neutrality Party and won the election on 15 January 2010 with 24 votes [13]. The party president election was accompanied by an hostile PTO attempt by the Swiss Liberal Party and could be successfully prevented.

After the second Congress mandate in Switzerland, Clifford run on 20 January 2010 in Deutschschweiz for Congress again.[14] But as the Swiss Neutrality Party had already communicated a few weeks earlier, she gave away the Deutschschweiz on 24 January 2010 to Spain, so the congressional elections in this region could not be performed.

For the resistance war in Graubunden Clifford is on 12 February 2010 resigned as party president of the Swiss Neutrality Party and fought on the side of the resistance.

On February 2010 ran Clifford for a third Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won on 26. February 2010 with 5 votes a seat.[15]

On 14 March 2010 was Clifford from President of the Swiss Confederation Walther Rathenau elected to Federal Councillor and took over the Federal Department of Finance (FDF) and the Federal Department of Economic Affairs (FDEA).[16]

On March 2010 ran Clifford for a fourth Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won on 26. March 2010 with 4 votes a seat.[17][18]

On 5 April 2010 was Clifford from President of the Swiss Confederation Arschmann elected to Federal Councillor and took over the Federal Department of Finance (FDF) and the Federal Department of Economic Affairs (FDEA). On 15 April 2010 is Clifford from Federal Department of Economic Affairs (FDEA) retired.[19]

On April 2010 ran Clifford for a fifth Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won on 26. April 2010 with 6 votes a seat.[20]

On Mai 2010 ran Clifford for a sixty Congress mandate in Switzerland (Deutschschweiz) and won on 26. Mai 2010 with 4 votes a seat.[21]

On June 6 was Clifford with 181 votes elected as President of the Swiss Confederation and retired subsequently as Swiss Congressman. [22]

On Jule 6 was Clifford with 241 votes reelected as President of the Swiss Confederation and continued his second term successful. [23]

After two terms as President of the Swiss Confederation, was Clifford on August 6, 2010 from Swiss National Council with 6 votes elected as Federal Judge for the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland.[24]

Am 16. August 2010 trat Clifford Burns aus der Swiss Neutrality Party aus und wurde neues Parteimitglied der am gleichen Tag von Phil Sid gegründeten Alti Eidgenossenschafts Partei. Phil Sid ernannte Clifford Burns daraufhin zum neuen Parteistratege der Alti Eidgenossenschafts Partei.

On August 16, 2010 resign Clifford Burns from the Swiss Neutrality Party and joined the Alti Eidgenossenschafts Partei which was founded from Phil Sid at the same day. Phil Sid nominated Clifford Burns thereupon to new party strategist of the Alti Eidgenossenschafts Partei.[25]
