Jules deMalt is a reporter, singer, philosopher, filmmaker and generally a nuisance to everyone. Believed to be the incarnation of Julio de Matos, that theory was shortly debunked with Jules deMalt stating for the record: "Julio likes cupcakes better. I, for one, care less for them"^[1].

Jules is a staunch ascetic, deriving no pleasure in working, training or fighting, concentrating his efforts on social achievements such as humor and entertainment. He makes his living from article endorsements; Jules wrote around 80 articles.

Taking a small break, Jules deMalt ran for president of Partido Monárquico do Povo Português in September 2016. Upon winning he changed the name to P.E.I.D.A., a pro-lulz anarchist party bent on achieving the position of one of the top five parties in Portugal. Jules was three-time presidential candidate while being a member of P.E.I.D.A. - ending best second in the presidential elections.

Later on, he rejoined Velhocracia.
