The VIP shop is all about rewarding citizens' dedication to the game. By collecting VIP points, new VIP levels are unlocked and exclusive items will be waiting for the citizen to purchase them.

Collecting VIP points

  • Claim Daily Gift: Visit the VIP Shop daily to redeem free VIP Points.
  • Boosted Purchases: Select items or packs that have some VIP Points on top.
    • Sharing the Love: Gifting a pack to a fellow citizen will also give them VIP points that come with it.
Note
Token Packs are the only exception that won't come with VIP points; however, using Game tokens for purchases will grant VIP points.

Daily gift

200 points have been awarded after claiming the gift on Day 11

Visiting the VIP shop daily brings a certain amount of VIP points.

Note
Break between days will not influence the bonus! For example, on Tuesday you take the bonus for day 1. If you skip collecting the bonus on Wednesday and Thursday, on Friday you will collect the bonus for day 2.

In Shop citizens can buy different offers that will bring them VIP points. Please note that Tokens Pack do not include VIP points!
