The presence of each individual house raw material resource in the country where the company is located will benefit the production of house raw materials and houses by a certain percentage. If the region with the resource has a direct route to the capital it will provide the full productivity bonus for that type and if it doesn't have a direct route will get a half productivity bonus.
House raw materials are created in buildings which can be viewed in this picture. Citizen will produce as many raw materials that his building can give + his house country bonus
