Rich Porter is the avatar of an English-American that was created February 20, 2009. Already living in the United States, he decided to create his alter-ego in the United Kingdom, the place of his birth.
Birth & Life
Rich Porter was born on February 20, 2009. The New World was just recently recreated when Rich Porter took his first breath of life. He was born to the Porters, a British couple that wandered the British Isles in search of a home worthy of raising a family in. They eventually settled in the South East region of the United Kingdom, where Rich Porter grew and began his career in the manufacturing industry.
His early days were spent learning the ways of the New World in the United Kingdom. He became fascinated with war as a young citizen and quickly enlisted in the Royal Navy with the intention of being hailed as a battle hero. He later joined the Liberal Social Democrat party, drawn into the political fold by the party's platform of an ideal "Fortress Britain." He grew disillusioned with the United Kingdom, however, lambasting the United Kingdom's government and British celebrities as narcissistic, self-absorbed and corrupt.
The Philippines was a newly established country in the New World and Rich Porter followed fellow LSD Party members there. His strong convictions to democratic institutions and fair representation in government moved him to the island nation, to aid in the resistance to a political take-over designed by Spanish citizens. It was after the successful resistance that Rich Porter decided to stay in the Philippines and it is where he gained his official citizenship.
Military Service
Enlisting originally as an engineer delegated to clear minefields with the UK Royal Navy, Rich Porter advanced to Corporal of Squad A. Shortly after his promotion, however, he moved to the Philippines to fight the Spanish at the ballot box. He enlisted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines after victory was declared and was quickly promoted to Sergeant of the Philippine Navy. Following his advancement to Sergeant, during the mandate of President Big Boy Bulley, a restructuring of the Armed Forces of the Philippines took place where all non-commissioned officers were relieved of duty. Disappointed that his advancement was stalled by this restructuring, he continued to serve the Navy loyally as a simple sailor.
In July of 2009, he was selected by President HazzN to serve as Admiral of the Philippine Navy. Having only minimal experience with the incredible amount of paperwork involved, he hit the ground running and quickly learned the intricacies of maintaining an efficient fighting force. His dedication to the Philippines would not go unrecognized.
Public Service
Rich Porter launched his first Congressional campaign in Palawan on May 18, 2009, as a member of Filipino Progressive Movement. He used his inexperience as his platform, promising to use his time spent in Congress as a learning experience so that he may better the nation in the future. He was elected to serve his first term in Congress on May 25, 2009. Unsatisfied with just one term and yearning to learn more, Rich Porter ran for Congress again in June and won.
On July 5, 2009, following the election of President HazzN, Rich Porter sought out more responsibility within the Philippine government. He began by applying to the Department of Foreign Affairs, where he travelled as a diplomat to the USA and North Korea. He also submitted himself to the newly established Ministry of Merriment, where he worked to ensure a consistent level of entertainment for Philippine citizens.
His work with the USA and North Korea was short-lived, however, as World War III broke out soon after his appointment as a diplomat. These events cut virtually all communication between the Philippines and both the countries he was assigned to, especially North Korea as it was conquered by Russia.
On August 6, 2009, after President Swagger McSwag won his second mandate, Rich Porter was announced as the Vice President of the Philippines.
Department of National Defense
On August 5, 2009, the Philippines elected the first Filipino to the nation's highest office; President Swagger McSwag. Rich Porter immediately filed his application for various government offices, including the Department of National Defense and the University of the Philippines. He was selected by President Swagger McSwag to serve as Director of National Defense, succeeding Saladin23 as both the Director of National Defense and the Director of the Philippine Military Academy. He was also selected to serve on the faculty of the University of the Philippines, becoming a Professor of Military Sciences. Having the vision to improve the knowledge base of Academy students, he immediately began to work in conjunction with the Department of Education to build upon the foundation laid by his predecessors.
During the first days of his term as Director of National Defense, the PEACE GC invasion of North America was at its height and the supply lines of the Armed Forces of the Philippines were severely disrupted. He set in motion a military reformation that has since made the distribution of supplies more efficient by having organizations dedicated to each branch of the Armed Forces. Other reforms completed and/or suggested by Rich Porter include a restructuring of the AFP Command, the introduction of the Philippines Orders Script and the Work 4 Weapons program.
Invasion of North America
The Philippines played a small role in the invasion of North America, or more commonly known as World War III. The Armed Forces of the Philippines was already deployed in Russia under the orders of then President HazzN. Rich Porter oversaw the Armed Forces as they aided PEACE GC in the near complete destruction of the USA, although AFP personnel were forbidden from attacking Canadian targets as Canada was an informal ally of the Philippines. With the USA down to one region, the Americans began an offensive to regain their southern territories and on August 26, 2009, the Armed Forces of the Philippines were officially recalled. Rich Porter declared that the AFP provided all that it was able, but would not aid in the defense of conquests.
Operation Kimchi
On August 25, 2009 the newly liberated nations of South Korea and South Africa were under threat of political take over. He was forced to weigh the importance of each nation to the national interests of the Philippines and ultimately moved to rid South Korea of its political hitmen, as regional interests trumped global interests at the time. The resistance in South Korea failed, however, and the political hitmen gained a super majority in Congress. Japan quickly annexed the single South Korean region in an attempt to restore order and democracy.
Porter Global Groups
Porter Global Groups was established on March 12, 2009, in London, United Kingdom. It was the global headquarters of the family-owned Porter Global Groups business. It included three continental headquarters, each operating in various industries.

On August 30, Rich Porter entered into a business arrangement with Hekter, the Director of Foreign Affairs and Admiral of the Philippine Navy. The two shared a desire to bring a stable gifts market to the Philippines and purchased an existing company, renaming it Pollster Energy after the organization that manages it.
Disappearance
In late September, Rich Porter disappeared completely. His current whereabouts are unknown.
