N I C O P, previously known as Nicolacito, was a citizen of Argentina who briefly lived in Cuba.
Politics
Nicolacito was Vice president of A.L.A.S. (Party), however he later on switched to Partido Conversador, where he become party president. In November 2015, Nicolacito was elected for the first time in Congress of Argentina in front of Guerrilla Polemica y Sensual, switched parties to become a member of Ejercito Rojo Argentino, and immediately got chosen as a party spokesman. In December 2015, January and March 2016 Nicolacito was elected as party president.
After that, for the rest of 2016 and 2019, Nicolito wasn't part of any party for more than a couple of days. In July 2019, after moving to Cuba, Nicolito finally joined a party Partido Popular Democratico where he stayed for 3 months. After that, he again took a break from everything, and in 2021, Nicolito spent 3 months in Partido Comunista de Cuba and Alternativa Cubana. With the Communists, Nicolito served one term in Congress of Cuba.
In 2022, Nicolito finally returns home and joins LA ZURDA and in the second half of 2022 he joins GPS v2.0 where he stays until November 2023 - with no major achievements there. The last thing he did was join Progreso Argentino and be elected in Congress of Argentina in the same month.

Media
Nicolacito started his newspaper under the name La vida de los demás. However, Nicolacito tended to rename his newspaper according to the party where he was, so the newspaper was also named Partido Conversador, and then as Ejercito Rojo Argentino
Today, the name is El Bastibon.
