Al Kazar was the founding member and Chief of the organization Tigra Tribe, the founding member tribe of the organization United Tribes of South Africa and eSA Online website. He was also the Editor of the Tigra Times and Tribal Times SA newspapers.
He worked for Tigra Foods - PSA and managed Tigra Gifts - PSA (both Proudly South African Tigra Tribe companies) and publishes the The Legion Outpost newspaper.

He was a member of the Independent Alternative political party.
Elected Party president of Legion of Super-Citizens October 2012. Become President of South Africa in December 2012.
