Battle Hero is an award given to a citizen for achieving the highest amount of damage in any ground battle round. It is achieved by fighting for a country in a battle.
- If 2 citizens deal the same damage, the citizen with the most kills and then higher XP will receive the Battle Hero medal.
At the end of every battle round, the Battle Hero medal is awarded to the citizens that inflicted the highest damage on each side in each of the four ground division battles. They will get:

It is similar to the Campaign hero award, which is given to the highest overall damage during a campaign. Compared to the Campaign Hero, the battle hero medal is awarded to each soldier who achieved the highest amount of damage in his division battle round.
