El Gatos was a citizen of Greece, born on the day 642.
At that time Greece had just been liberated completely from Turkey. Back then things were pretty tough for a person to be left oriented. The attacks, especially from nationalists were repetitive (still are), and there was no left political party in Greece. However, some days later the “Workers Party” was created by some foreign citizens and many lefts saw it as their political home.
