Smrtan has been an influential figure in both Slovakia and Poland.
Employment
Smrtan has a high land skill. He has been working in the land industry, never changing to another field. He has earned all of the medals in the game at least once, and the hard worker medal 9 times.
Presidency in Slovakia
Before the presidency in Slovakia, Smrtan had been a several time congressman. When Smrtan took control of Slovakia, it was on the verge. Soon into the presidency, Hungary invaded and destroyed the country. Smrtan worked with Poland and Poland valiantly tried to free Slovakia. Eventually, Poland broke through and gave Slovakia independence, where Smrtan was reelected twice and rebuilt the country, bring Bratislava brack to Slovak control in November. He neglected to run for the December turn.
Presidency in Poland
After a two month break from politics and the horros of administrative work, Smrtan settled in Poland. There, he gained approval of his party and ran for the presidency, managing to win the prestigious position. While president of Poland, he worked closely with the other EDEN members, but also with the Slovakians and Czechs. A poorly publicised attack on the Czech Republic sent most of the residents there into confusion.
The truth of the matter was that Smrtan was trying to help his old country and bring the two into a merged country, Czechoslovakia. Unfortunately, Hungary and PHOENIX did not agree and invaded, leaving Slovakia only with the Czech region of Moravia. The union essentially failed as most Czechs were not happy about the severe damage to the country. Smrtan left the presidency in March, deciding not to pursue another term.
Return to Slovakia
After his congressional term in Poland had ended, smrtan returned to his favorite country, Slovakia. He was worn out by Polish politics and the sheer number of citizens, and was happy to retreat back to his Slovak people. He decided to step back into the political limelight by running for presidency for the April Slovak presidency. Smrtan went out victorious due to his long track record of good deeds for the Slovakians and also for his experience.
