Biography
Mlendea Horaţiu (nicknamed Hori) (Mlendea_Horatiu on Rizon chats) is an active citizen of 
Romania who started his activity on 21 August 2011 - Day 1370. He is a mentor in the Mentorship Program, Officer in Garda Nationala, Press Officer in Dracones, and active politician in The Matza Party.
This player has attended the First eRepublik International Summit in 
Romania, Bucharest, on 8 December 2012.
Diary
On 21 August 2011 he was bored and wanted to start playing a browser game, so he searched on google for top browser games and found eRepublik and decided to give it another chance. He was about to quit again but found an article of Ministerul Apararii in wich they listed all the Romanian Millitary Units and decided to join one so he can find help and answers. He wanted to join Dracones so he went to their chat room but they didn't accepted him because he was too young, instead they directed him to Garda Nationala unit, which was the official eRomanian Millitary Academy for players below 500 Strength (Now 1000 Strength). He was recruited by soaresol (who became his eFather) who answered all his questions and explained the game to him. He liked the comrades from Garda Nationala and the commanders so much that the next day he was very eager to come back and chat with them; and to fight to liberate his country Romania, which was occupied by Hungary and Serbia back then.
He was very active, even hyperactive, and learned the basics of the game so fast that after a few days, almeu, a GN commander, said that he is the most promising recruit, and soaresol wanted him to be a recruiter for Garda Nationala. That's how his first career in eRepublik had started. He was very thankful to Garda Nationala and he helped it and the other recruits as much as he could, and he was later promoted as an official Officer with full rights, and remained so for a loooong time (he still is).
After he graduated Garda Nationala he received a lot of requests and recommendations from people to join their Military Unit, mainly from Dracones, Legiunea Umbrelor, Vanatorii de Munte etc... but he chose Dracones as he had many friends there and they were the ones who saved him from eDeath. He never regretted that decision, as the atmosphere, the comrades and everything are fitting him better than any other unit he encountered since then.

He is a member and the Press Officer of one of the most respected Romanian Military Units, Dracones, where he was also a Captain in the past. He is also an Officer and the Press Officer of the Romanian Military School Garda Nationala.

History
In his first day in this game he bacame a recruit in Garda Nationala, one of the most promising ones, and a Recruiting Officer there after a week or less. He enjoyed being a part of GN very much. He was promoted to an Official Officer with full rights at about 250 Strength and he still is today.
After he graduated Garda Nationala on 23 Sep 2011 (eDay 1403) he was accepted to join Legio Dracones, an elite Millitary Unit in Romania. Nowdays he still is a member of that unit and he also is it's Press Officer. In the past he also was Captain for a month but had to resign due to RL issues and inactivity.

His political career resambles 13 Minister of Education terms, 1 Party President term, 3 Vice Party President terms, 7 Congressman terms and 1 PTO Party President term in Fratia unor Nebuni (unused party)
History
During his early life he was spammed by multiple parties to join them. However, he refused to join any until he graduated Garda Nationala.
On eDay 1403, after graduating GN, he join The Matza Party, a top5 political party in Romania, known mostly for fun. He was very excited about political life in the begining and spent a lot of time on the party's chat.
In October 2011 he decided to run for Congress elections. However, being only a month old in his party he was not a prioritary candidate and was placed in Transilvania region, one of Romania's most populated ones back then, and one of the hardest to win the elections in. In the morning of 25 he realised that he is doing terribly while the dinos do just fine, so he decided to do something about it. For the whole day, and late in the night (4 AM or so) he sent messages to the whole country, without pause, manually without scripts. He set his alarm 3 hours before Day Change and he was surprised to see how well he is doing, he was the first "unqualified candidate". He send messages again, but this time to online players only, his party helped too. A minute before DC there was just one single vote needed to qualify as a wildcard and everyone was looking for someone in the party who saved his vote. A few seconds before DC, when he thought that all is lost and became terribly sad, ionutzd voted for him and qualifed him as a Congressman. Mlendea could not belived he won and that day remained one of the happiest and most glorious days of his eLife, one that he will never forget.
