Scrouch was born in Auvergne, France, on Aug 01, 2009.
He joined a French militia called Bras Armé Français, B.A.F., in order to fight against Spain during the occupation of his country.
He travelled around the world helping many countries with ATO, RWs, Wars... On May 2010 he became a Peruvian citizen hard-fighting a TO-project/Invasion beside Peruvian forces Bataillon Huascar.
He became Congressman (26 November 2010 – 25 December 2010) for his native region, Auvergne and helped the French "MinInt" (Home Secretary) during this month.
Scrouch decided to leave France, joined the United Kingdom and applied for UKAF. He spends 10 months as a UKSF/UKEF soldier.
After the "October-November 2011 French Babyboom" he planned his come back to France in order to help his old first fellowship BAF. He joined Parti Noeliste Francais and become a Congress member in December.
Lastly, in 2012 he was a citizen of the USA, starting under Ultramarines flag's and helping to prevent Serbian PTO.
Later he joined Special Forces and was a member of Federalist Party.
