Introduction
On September 17, 2009, Ali Rahimi Ferdosinezhad (last CEO) began the first labor union within eFRoSEA. Following is a snippet from the founding message:

SELU has since gathered monies to help protect workers and laborers all across eFRoSEA. There were two newspapers being run by or for SELU. One was The Worker's Daily and other was The SELU Shouter.
The belief of this organization was that Malaysia, as a rapidly growing Democratic country in the region, should leave some of the work to the private sector and highlight its main focus and human resources on more important things such as the development of the country. Also, it needs to be noted that this organization was not only a charity organization. Rather it was a Union that fights for the rights of workers. October 10, 2009 - SELU established a political wing as a coalition with Mudkip Workers Party in which the Vice President was a member of SELU and presidency of this Party is an exchangeable role between two sides each term.
Events
For unknown reasons, CEO Ali Rahimi Ferdosinezhad resigned on October 21, 2009. He was replaced as CEO by Adzhadi B. Adzman the same day.
Elections
There have been a total of one leadership elections within SELU, held from Nov. 1- Nov. 8 2009. Two candidates, Adzhadi B. Adzman and vladtepes were nominated for the post. After the final tally, Adzhadi won 6-4.
