Drastamat Kanayan is currently active in the politics of Greece by being a member of the Ethniko Enotiko Kinima party. Before moving to Greece, he was a resident of Germany where he was a member of FSDP and elected as a Congressman of Rhineland-Palatinate for the January 2009 Congressional Election.
