Rusty ran an organization called Bank of Rusty D. With the help of the MoF at the time, J Seemore, 
25,000 CC of Rusty's money was put into the Org. This was used to do trading on the money markets. Half of the profits will be given to the Australian government and the other half of the profits were kept by Rusty to help finance the rest of his plans to help Australia. This scheme was at no cost to the Australian government.
