(Francesco Cavour)
|
Francesco Cavour (spelled /ka'vu:r/) (born April 3rd, 2013 in Calabria, Italy) was an Italian diplomat, politician and soldier.
Early life
Born in the years of the War between Italy and Slovenia, Cavour immediately revealed his libertarian and centrist political view. The war convinced Cavour that true and honest democracy, not military-dominated autocracy, was the only way for a nation to govern itself. But he believed that the war was the only way for a nation to gain international credibility.
Early career
In the early days, Cavour started to imagine a new strong alliance that would allow achieving international security. He began writing drafts of the constitution of an alliance whom he achieved acclaim with.[1]
He began to militate in the party Fratelli d'eItalia. In April 2013 he was chosen by millyi, the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs, as the new Ambassador of Italy in Croatia.[2] In addition, during the same period, he was a candidate of the Congress in the list of the party "Fratelli d'eItalia".[3] The party received 23,75% of the votes and was the most voted: Cavour became Congress member.[4]
During his congress term, he has repeatedly reiterated his position both against EDEN and against TWO.[5] He expressed that he had voted in favour of the exit of Italy from EDEN showing his profound openness towards CoT.[6] His mandate expired on May 25th, 2013.
For the presidential elections of May 2013, he was chosen as the candidate as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in Tom Just's cabinet, one of the candidates as Country President.[7] The list was supported by the party "Fratelli d'eItalia", which Cavour was a member of.[8] The coalition, however, didn't win and Cavour didn't became Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.[9]
The part from Fratelli d'eItalia
“ Fratelli d'eItalia is the party of a single person: the policy choice to follow isn't chosen in common agreement but only by one person. It is not acceptable! [...] In this party there is neither democracy, nor justice, nor freedom. It's an autocratic party, not a liberal one! For these reasons I left it ” | |
(Francesco Cavour's statement about his part from party Fratelli d'eItalia[10])
|
On May 8th, 2013 Cavour officially announced his exit from the party "Fratelli d'eItalia".[11] He justified his choice saying that it was not possible to express one's own opinion.
The entry into Bastardi Senza Gloria
Came out from the party, he decided to join the Crescere party, at that time led by Riccardo Quarta. In those days he becomes a trainee in the "Foreign Affairs/Defense Section" of the government led by Riccardo Cicca Cornara.[12] Furthermore, he became the Party Congress Group Leader in Congress.[13] In the same period, the party Crescere joined with IESO and together they created the new "Bastardi Senza Gloria" party which Cavour became automatically a member of.[14]
On May 25th, 2013 he was a Congress candidate for his party, allied with the party Aquila et Gladius; since his party wasn't in top5 parties, Aquila et Gladius nominated Cavour as one of the candidates of its own list.[15] The list received 25,89% of the votes and was the most voted: so Cavour was re-elected Congressman.[16] Not only, he became the Party Congress Group Leader to the Congress.[17] His term regularly expired on June 25th.[18]
For the presidential elections of June 2013, he was chosen as Deputy Minister of Defense candidate in Castell militarista's cabinet, one of the Country President candidate, supported by Cavour's party.[19] He was unofficially chosen as Deputy Minister of Interior candidate in superpimpo's cabinet too.[20] The Castell militarista coalition won the elections and Cavour became the Deputy Minister of Defense of the government.[21] He also became spokesman of his party during the Vajura's term as party president in June-July 2013.
He was a candidate on his party list for the Congressional elections of June 25th, 2013 but because of a bug in the system he didn't take part in the elections.[22] However, he became an effective Congressman on the Italian forum.[23] He was chosen by President Dot Hunty as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for July-August 2013 presidential term.[24] In July he was appointed Party president of Bastardi Senza Gloria, basing his mandate on the members' political activity and on the positive trade of ideas between his party and the other Italian political forces, to facilitate the combination of harmony and social justice.[25] On July 26 he becomes Congressman for the 4th time.[26]
On August 2nd, Francesco Cavour was named Deputy President of the Congress by the President of the Congress Superpimpo.[27] On August 5 Gervaz, the new eItalian President, appointed Cavour as Deputy Minister of Defense.[28] The government, however, was discouraged and on August 26th Cavour lost his job. The day before, during congressional elections, he was re-elected Congressman. [29]
